Used in European herbal tradition since at least Roman times, it remains one of the most popular evening botanicals, and Viridian presents it in characteristically clean style: pure dried root, certified organic by the Soil Association, in a plant-based capsule.

Each vegan capsule contains 400mg of organic valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), with no artificial fillers, GMO ingredients or palm oil.
