Our returns policy

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of supplements, food, drinks, cosmetics or personal care items that have been opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty.

How to return something

Email info@epiczen.co.uk with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will explain the next steps. You can also bring your order back to our shop at 1a Camden Walk, Islington, London N1 8DY.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
